Zac Meets Series B
Series B financing is where the rubber meets the road. These guys will want to see hard numbers and projections. I personally love what he just did with Series A, and I think that will instill confidence. Zac already knows what he is up against here, so I'm not worried.
Series B will be the big money. I will speculate it will be in the $2 million range. Mr. A was an angel investor and got the best deal with the least risk. Mr. B would rather pay up and be Mr. C at scale but wishes he was Mr. A on the cheap. Series B separates the boys from the men.
But from all I've been reading, venture capital is boiling over for this industry; and with this moat, if I understand it correctly, it should be a breeze for Zac to navigate.
And me, I'm just Mr. Pink. I'm a stowaway. I made my bed in a recycling bin and woke up on this fantastic voyage. I just got lucky in an empty shell gamble. Although, I was playing with loaded dice. Months back, around January or so, I am on the record as stating they have plenty of time to "change my mind" as I was sure I was just going to exit. However, they had me at Cannabase. I'm going long now. I'm going to ride on Mr. A's coattails.
