I think they are " forced to believe", meaning they must hold their noses and true thoughts on the slimmest of hopeful effort to possibly offload their lot onto another. Not all, but surely some are. It won't work though, as the symbol has now lost all its " MOJO" ( yeah that's intentional ) and the rouses are all exposed. There is no story that will work without being fully current in the filings , and there's the catch 22 , because to be fully current in filings means basically admitting all the BS stories here to fore are just that, BS.
