SEC warned about pot penny-stock scams many times, although most never have any action taken against them, and when they are finally shut down, it long after gullible investors have lost their money .... too late to do any good.

....Soooo... no, this doesn't look suspicious at all! How can the SEC miss this?

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
