There is a long, well-documented history here. This history has been one of consistency ... behavior, actions, and performance by Iehab which have consistently eroded, then destroyed, shareholder value. In this he has not wavered. Initiative after initiative, promise after promise, quarter after quarter, BUSINESS AFTER BUSINESS, he has enjoyed a lavish lifestyle using proceeds from your investments, and delivered nothing.

I don't believe he'll ever win a lawsuit. But let's just pretend. If he does, somehow, win a lawsuit, that in no way guarantees that you will benefit as a common shareholder. To assume that you will assumes that, for the first time, ever, Iehab will do the right thing for shareholders and not find a way to line his own pockets instead -- as he has done every other time over years and years. Why wouldn't he just pay a portion of what he owes to the toxic lenders, then pay all his back pay, plus a nice bonus? He's done that sort of thing before.

Your hopes and dreams are based on a failure finally succeeding, and then doing the opposite of what he's always done.
