You know what I think would be a good idea for Virtra to consider...

Everything that is technologically advanced has a corresponding app for it. When people can have an app to track their training and reach certain goals then it encourages them to use the product more. Maybe Virtra could do this and have an app that would set common training goals for departments which could be accessed by phone apps... or even one for a person who is gaming. Apps geared towards the goals of the system being used. Also you can charge a monthly usage fee for the app to cover the cost of maintaining and updating it. I'm not attending the meeting but this is a suggestion if anyone wants to comment or suggest it to management.
