Building is possible...But my thought is only equipment!

Additional facility lease/overhead expense would seem totally cost prohibitive.
My opinion is just equipment with building contents and they bought their way out of the lease.

But in the world of the unknown, anything remains possible.
MR pistols were mentioned only as quantity items needed now.
