The reality of a small business (12 employees) is..

They are always cash starved. Until sales go up...they are.

I don't want a reverse split. 2 more quarters of growth will likely push the price above a $1 and they can up-list without a reverse.

They have proven consistent q/q growth in sales and revenue, and Richard has played this game before...twice!

All nano/micro cap stocks carry substantial risk, yet those who bought the recent offering did so quickly and with over-allotment.

You sold, so move on. If you are wanting back in, buy it, and let Richard take care of business. He has been doing fine...unless he has to operate under your standards.
