CLNE delivered impressive Q2 results last week on the back of a double-digit jump in volumes delivered, a trend that will continue in the long run.

CLNE has a huge addressable market to increase volumes as it is targeting the heavy-duty trucks market, which consumes over 25 billion gallons of fuel a year.

There are 3.6 million class 8 trucks in the U.S. and just 3,000 run on natural gas, which means that CLNE has a lot of runway in this particular market.

The adoption of natural gas as a fuel will increase since the payback time is two years on an average, post which the fleet owners will record impressive savings.

CLNE has a robust fueling infrastructure with around 600 stations, and it is on track to increase this count by 10% this year, which is the right thing to do.
