As of today's reporting, it's more like 78.85% of the float and 34.6% of OS.

UPLD Shares Outstanding = 16.38M, Shares in Float = 7.2M, and ESW ownership in UPLD = 2,873,823 (HIPP has 2,803,574 in UPLD) http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=upld

As you can see, ESW has been in straight accumulation mode for several months now. Wouldn't be surprised if they disclose another update of acquired shares soon too. They bought more 4 days in a row just last week alone.

They're obviously in a 'quiet mode' yet in experience, the more people that contact them asking for a corporate update, the sooner they'll be forthcoming and update shareholders with a statement.
