Roofie didn't show up for the 4PM count on Friday. The COs commenced a search and found him ... wait for it ... hiding in a broom closet!

Just like in Utah!

Hay, it failed the first time he tried it, so Roofie was prolly counting on the Law of Averages to hepp boost his odds this time with the same master plan strategy.
