Why would a company who just bought all assets from another company, leaving it a gutted shell, want to partner with that company which now owns NOTHING and has NOTHING to offer?
That would be like Walmart buying all assets from the struggling Sears company, leaving them with nothing more than a business name, and then asking Sears to be their partner.
