Appeals succeed 5% or less so PTSCs DONE and these are the stats I could find on appeals to the federal circuit. Why on earth would you hold this stock? The federal appeals court cannot wait to put down patent trolls like PTSC. You think they are actually going to create more work and send this back to a district court to deal with? When a case is appealed it takes an extraordinary high standard called "clear error" to over turn the district court decision.
