Be very, very careful with that term "double dipping." This judgment will be against IFUS and MW. There is no "double dipping" involved at all. Proving once again that MW knows less than nothing about the law.

BTW, it doesn't matter what any bar room patent attorney's opinion about the patent is. The patent office is quite satisfied with things as they are and have no questions or concerns at all. MW's just going to have to scare up another trial balloon to float.

In the meantime, Ol' WaWa might want to pay a bit more attention to things in New Jersey ... where he is well on the way to being legally pummeled yet again and hit with another multi-hundred thousand dollar judgment.
