Cut the guy a break. San Luis is a two bit town wracked by unemployment and other problems. It was a news story. He was answering questions about a proposal that, as sold to him by Pickett, was going to significantly benefit his town. Pickett and his cronies are the ones at whom ire ought to be directed. Not some small town mayor who's trying to do right by his town.
