Yep. Wave Systems is toast.

WAVX is toast.

Duped shareholders are toast.

Still, the enablers who shepherded the shareholders into the shearing shed are left unscathed. And probably well off.

A good investigative reporter could possibly expose these enablers for what they are.

THAT, my friend, would be closure.
