The healthy eating trends will continue to grow, IMO.

And with the increase in demand, there will be more farmers wanting to transition to sustainable farming.

Retailing is one thing.

But I am now looking at the markets for vendors to farmers that want to go sustainable. They will do well to. Organic farming vendors.

GroGenesis is pretty interesting. Symbol: GROG. Apparently they will sell to farmers that sell to WFM, TRM, Wegmans etc.
