I think it has to do with the number of shares traded. If there aren't enough traded in a period of time, it won't show up. It happened to me on another site. I don't believe it has anything to do with the status of the company in any other way. remember with the amount of shares the insiders control and do not trade and the number of shares some of the long time holders control, the trading float has to be very low.
