A Walk Down Memory Lane:

I own 9,464 shares here.

How did I get here? Below, every transaction in this stock is recorded. These dates can be corroborated with testimony that's time-stamped and dated on this board.

04/26/14 754 Stock Buy 1,000,000 CPFI Limit GT 60 0.0017 0.0017† Executed

That would work out to be $1,700

03/02/15 765 Stock Buy 10,000 JGLD Limit Day 0.05 0.05 Executed

That would work out to be $500

There was actually an earlier one of CPFI. It was like 10,000 or 30,000 shares or so in November of 2013 when it first changed its name to CPFI. Broker records don't go that far back. And prior to that, a small purchase of SPKL (when this stock cusip # was known as "Spicy Pickle) at .03. My broker's information doesn't go back that far and I don't remember what it was. It was a small transaction that is actually recorded in this thread and available to for look-up. It was my first and last purchase of SPKL. I told the Spicklers for about 2 years during on-line debates that they were not worth more than 3 cents and that's where I would start to average down. They were at $1.50 when I discovered them. Unfortuneately, those great debates don't go far enough back in the archives of Investorshub for historians to see.

So in April of 2014 (as corroborated in this thread), SPKL had changed its name to CPFI, and there was some chatter on the blogs and filings with the Colorado SOS. There was briefly enough time, the only time it was liquid enough, for me to buy 1 million shares at .0017 per share as the cut & paste above tells me from my broker. It actually took about two weeks to fill as memory serves me.

All of those shares eventually went through a 45 to 1 reverse split, which must have left me with something over 22,222 shares plus whatever the chopped SPKL & CPFI shares were.

Then in March of 2015 I bought an additional 10,000 shares of JGLD at .05, bringing my share count up to 32,222 plus the unknown SPKL/CPFI shares. CPFI had changed its name to JGLD by this time. All the speculation behind it is recorded here, but the truth is finally touched upon in the first filings of HLIX.

On March 5, 2015, I stated this on this board as linked below:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=111461658

"What I know is fact is that I bought 10,000 shares just recently at 5 cents a share. So I own up to 37,000+ shares now."

So, the 5,000 share discrepancy must be the unknown SPKL shares plus the CPFI shares in November of 2013 I had after the 45 to 1 reverse split. My memory just isn't that good.

I currently have 9,464 shares of HLIX. HLIX had undergone a 4 to 1 reverse split after buying into this empty shell formerly known as JGLD. 37,000 shares divided by 4 is 9,250. So, when I said I "37,000+" (because everything I say is true to the best of my knowledge), that number must have been 37,856.

So 214 shares are the mystery cost to me. I don't know what I paid for those. 214 * 4 * 45 (backing out to reverse splits) is 38,520 shares. I would not have bought more than 10,000 shares of SPKL at 3 cents, which is only $300. So, that all sounds right. Then the other 28,000 shares, approximately, as .002 or thereabouts. A fraction of a penny.

------------------------------------------------------------
A lot has happened in one year. So, what was I thinking last year? What was I think at this time last year versus what Zachary Venegas was thinking at this time last year?

In June of 2015, I said:

"That page is wrong, ICH. This is just an empty shell. It is nothing. It is very boring here. This is jsut something I have on the shelf to see what happens. I have over 30,000 shares of it. If something ever happens, I could have thousands in profit instantly. Somebody, some day, will come along and buy this empty shell and turn it into something. That is the hope. It's just a few hundred sitting in a non-liquid state as I see it.

I suspect that "Operation Shell Shock" makes it a lot harder to do things with these empty shells. The SEC is cracking down harder than ever to bring some respectability to the stock exchange and put the scammers out of business. And rightly so."

------------------------------------------------------------

That is time-stamped here. Months would pass and nothing but the noise of crickets. I'd come back a few months later, pull my net up from the depths, and nothing there.

Then in August of 2015, almost a year to the day from today, Aston Martin, the last hold out, said this:

You will never make money here: If somebody buys this stock one day he even will do another reverse split and brings this stock down to some 100k shares - and your shares will be worth some pennies

Obviously, he was wrong.

So my total investment here is $2,200 plus the unknown SPKL/CPFI amount. I could go find that out. It wouldnt' take long to find my old posts here. But it wasn't that much as I recall. Maybe a $800 tops. So I'll just say $3,000 for now.

Paper gains, albeit not very liquid with huge spreads, are currently at $5,821 on 8-8-16. Yeah, I like that. My offer for $1.00 has expired and will not longer be offered again. I think we are going to $2.00. A lot has happened in just one year. I think a whole lot more is going to happen in the next 365 days.
