That and MM's cleaning up imbalances in the market. The debt holders are doing just fine...the get their shares at 58% discount to current prices so they can dump into the bid at 2 and still make decent money. Plus most are getting prepaid interest of 12%. By October about 1.6b shares of convertible debt will mature at these prices.
