Agenda for the town of Parachute, CO planning shows development review application from ZDPY. However this only shows up on a Google search. The PDF link is dead.

I believe they have an option to expand there, with an agreement already in place. It's in the last Q if you want to lookup.

I think we will see an update on that soon. Should be big news.
