TDA does, I do it all the time at the end of the yr to have write offs. To answer the second question you can not trade specific in the thousands of a cent, only MMs can hence the market sell. I've lucked out sometimes and got $60 for a million and a few times got $10 for a million

Why is it called common sense, when it's not common for people to have it.
