1.57 small offering,i grabbed shares here.will have now $11.5m Net assets(9m prior) and 4.5m O/S(2.9m prior). Cap is only $6.75m (1.5 PPS) and spex also have MORE patent portfolio of millions mentioned on their Financials. the balance sheet was solid prior this offering.now financials will be much better too.a joke cap.seems to me like a great price.
