Here's a bit of facts fur ya:

Just before Diwan had his Big Open Market Sell-Off the PPS was around $1.50 PS - That pre- Reverse split 3.5X. Then after a stockholders scream-fest he stopped at .70 (pre-split) today what would be
$2.45 Per share. That was 'the Bottom'.

So what is it today $1.76 ?! after a 3.5X's Reverse Split. Oh yea, great investment for the Doc's and their 'Lifestyles', clearly not for the investors.
