Understood. And I know that with any stock there is risk of losing part or all of your investment, and that could be with a penny stock or a large well know company . I only invest with the hope to make a profit and never expect to lose. I have a handful of friends that owned thousands of AT&T shares, and lost it all. It wasn't a penny stock.I invested in HIMX in 2011. The stock went from $1.25 to $15 and now sits near $8 a share. I was told not to buy the stock. So I know that it can be profitable.
