Some DD on the 13G....
So Yakov D. Borenstein, a partner of Union Capital LLC, was issued/owns 9.99% of the OS. 63.9 mil as of July 26 transaction.
Looks like 9.99 % is what they own of various companies as stated on other 13g's.

So the OS is maxed?? The 13g says "based on the total of outstanding shares of common stock" Not sure how to read this form correctly.

Union capital has done some private placements, all pink sheet co. ie Energy, food & beverage, and entertainment.

Not sure what to make of all of it.

Also the address given is 525 Norton Parkway New Haven CT. Looks like a 3 family dwelling.

Can anyone here give some insight.
