Next question, late filing seemed to be common place. Will there be a point in time where on-time filings can be expected?

It is Management's intention to file everything on time, every time. Sometimes mitigating certain expenses and third party requirement is prevented, but we're going to continue to strive to meet the deadlines and file as a company and do better and ensure that we hit our requirements. -Mike Hawkings
