What I think it is worth is irrelevant. What matters is what someone is willing to pay. Right now IMSC is in desperation. No one is going to offer what it is worth when you can buy it for 50-75% discount.


If Bob and Bill laid out some valid arguments to the shareholders and public why the ETD is worth 250 million. We would be sitting at a much higher share price.
