NNVC does own the manufacturing facility. However it does not have the right to manufacture 'cides at that facility, Theracour does. So nearly every person working at NNVC's facility is employed by Theracour. Theracour owns all the drug patents and will own all the process patents and trade secrets as well.

NNVC is simply a shell designed to convert shareholder investments to Theracour assets.
