This is what I've been saying for a while now. And we agreed at one time, but i have other reservations, which you read and confirmed in an earlier post, so thank you for no straw man argument response. I actually put thought in my posts and concerns. I look for the carch, or the road bumps, because that's what you need to do. They may prove to be non concerns, but it's always smart to look for the rub. What aren't they telling you? That's just the way it is. Doesn't mean they can't be successful if you find a rub/catch, but it's good to identify and realize/acknowledge these things along with any red flags. Then you can watch them.
