I'm a potential new investor. I don't own a single IMSC share and always looking to make a good trade/investment.

And I'm not touching this stock or whatever the ticker might be after the merger. Why?
Because the ETD sale won't bring enough $ to make it a "worthwhile" investment. There are just too many uncertainties.

After the merger? Have to see the stock structure, financial situation and let the uplisting pass because once again there are just too many uncertainties.

So who, and most importantly, why would invest right now, right here? Besides fairytale stories about crazy ETD business valuations (even management explained that ETD business isn't as big of a deal as was in the past) and fairytale stories about selling hoverboards in 2 years I don't see any reasons to invest right now.
