Also on the Board of PTSC, trading for 4 tenths of a penny. They just filed a proxy statement. Carlton Johnson gets paid $122k cash annually for BOD fees, plus options. The proxy also contains a vote for a reverse split.

Looks like this guy is the KING (no pun intended) of outrageous board fees at the expense of shareholders. And also specializing in reverse splits.

That should be listed in his BIO.
