Yes, but thing is sellers are convinced they can not get a higher price for shares, so they are selling into the bid, hence the red. (also called "dumping"). This isn't a good thing. Means some good hard working longs are losing money due to schadels incompetency and are taking whatever they can get. I wouldn't take those making the .0001 gamble as a positive as you seem to infer. Unless of course those shares are retired, then my tune may change, but doesn't take away the fact this company is insolvent.
