ELTP and the FDA have to get this sorted but it ultimately will happen because they have the best product to put to market (i.e. among current know competitors).

Additionally, the market is in desperate need of such a pharmaceutical. The FDA is only doing this as precaution (IMO) because it will fill a major sector of the market regarding painkillers (i.e. they are taking every precaution).
