Can someone please give me some numerics for subpenny stocks like average volume, short percentage, share structure like float that is ideal % for a possible mover, and increase in volume. I dont mind reading and studying and practicing. I just dont want to get caught by pumpers and if they are pumping it would be nice to know before to get in on the action etc. Maybe there is a forum or newsletter that says when they will come out or will happen?
