This is big. Astellas is one worldwide pharma; I don't have the latest numbers but to give an order of magnitude, the yearly revenue in 2013 was over $11B and net over $1B (yes Billion!)

This bolsters CYTK partnership and strength for a long clinical trial stage where HF can try and destabilize a company as they do so often on weak balance sheets. That won't be the case here.

Very good news, even if this is a lonnnng term type deal (commercial stage in many years).
