Johnny boy was forced out as a result of a fraud charges brought against him in both the US and in Canada. The new guy (Rick Hedley) isn't much better than Johnny and has shown to be just as deceptive as his predecessor. They have never demonstrated that the magic machines can be run profitably or even reliably. Operating costs (when they actually do run) are more than double the current market price for oil. The company has been mostly shut down for nearly 3 years now with promises of impending sales and/or partnerships that never materialize.

In the meantime, there are still cheerleaders here that insist the failures are due to outside conspirators working kill JBII in order to save big oil from being wiped out by JBII's magic money-making machines. The idea that this company doesn't have a financially viable service and that is has been horribly mismanaged over the last 6+ years is ignored and dismissed.
