Getting authorization for more shares doesn't necessarily mean anyone will buy them.

Got a feeling they will have a couple of an announcements before the shareholders meeting to try to pump up the stock price and entice more investment.

Can't imagine why anyone would give anymore money to this crew based on past perfotmance.


I'm sure they will try another Guzman type deal involving shares and distribution rights.

Hopefully potential investors will demand management changes before pumping any more money into this company
