October is payday month. We sat at .17 for a long time. Get used to the teens for a while. It helps not to focus on the price everyday. I have confidence in NH and the team. This is a blip in the road. We have such talent at the helm. Nothing with the government is quick, so chill out, have a drink on this great summer night and let them do the work they need to do. You must all keep in mind that patience is truly a virtue and good things come to those who wait.
