None of that is a reason not to release the Audited very very very old 2014 10K. No sugar coating, no email, no website update, no PR is going to lift the stock up.

The minute the 2014 10K is released, people who buy get burned as everybody wants out of this blackhole. There is no reason to form a company around product lines that are unsafe according to the FDA!
