Re: Up-listing (and miscellaneous DNI updates)

It looks like DNI Metals is planning to up-list to the OTCQX, not the OTCQB, for the simple reason of:

OTCQX International allows companies to establish a secondary market for U.S. investors but without the duplicative regulatory requirements of a U.S. exchange listing. Companies on OTCQX may use their home country disclosure in English in lieu of SEC reporting.

This requirement helps ensure that only the most shareholder-focused companies already approved by a qualified international stock exchange's listing process are eligible.

Toronto Stock Exchange
TSX Venture Exchange
Canadian Securities Exchange

My highly-reliable, impeccable source also tells me that there is a New York-based company already working on this, and it's not some fly-by-night company, although he wouldn't divulge the name.

Said that it's the "type of company that does investment banking and private equity for small companies at inflection points that are poised for significant growth, like DNI Metals".

Indicated that this NY company could also provide some solution(s) to close out the financing for the lab. Sounds good to me!

Also said to check out the DNI website for some positive changes:

- New advisor:

John Carter
Process Engineer - Special Advisor

Has over 35 years experience in the metals and mining industries. Mr. Carter specializes in the engineering design and manufacturing of mineral processing equipment for mining operations and operators such as Timcal Inc., currently the largest natural graphite mining company in North America. Recently Mr. Carter served as Vice President of Engineering at Saint Jean Carbon, and VP Operations at Canada Carbon both junior mining companies.
John has built over 200 mineral processing plants around the world, including 3 graphite processing plants.

- New company address, in Mississauga, which is of course where the laboratory is based! The idea is to move the corporate office inside the lab, after the purchase is completed, which makes perfect sense.

Asked him several other questions, which went unanswered.

Updated iBox to reflect above changes.
