UPZS has a $600,000 paid promotion underway, for a 6 month "marketing campaign".
This is Jim Vowler's fake pizza business. He got a little family salsa business to "merge" with last year, so I suspect this is part of the plan to get cash to pay off the salsa guy.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
