This is Jorge's response to eddie Vakser recently. Look at the disgusting allegations of a CEO regarding another officer in the company known as Edward Vakser! This is why nobody will ever invest!

Now you are telling big tales eddie. I am NOT upset and or embarrassed and I did not pitch you any new deals after my resignation so please do not try to look like the bigger person here trying to impress the shareholders by putting words in my mouth. ICYMI I was Not embarrassed one bit with the letter because you and I know what was agreed upon when you kept bugging me to join your company because the CEO you hired after The Luther situation quit on you because he was a Chicken Sh**. The idea I presented to you during my tenure for PRPM was a company I know from the Midwest Called Elite Pro Wrestling (EPW). It is run by a US Veteran from the recent wars and former WWE WWF stars come and wrestle in their federation from time to time. I sent you all their INFO and PROMOS. You said that you had connections with Jimmy Hart ( Famous WWF Manager). Their company was used by fake Venture Capitalists promising this and that but never come through and they didnt want to go that way. They asked that the Funds be sent upfront and again you gave excuses after excuses and you failed PRPM's shareholders with a potential partner in another sector of the market..... The bottom line is this. I was hired to build real companies with SUTI and PRPM. You never thought I could get Real companies because you say I dont have experience and when I lined them up you balked. I brought in Canna and the City and became partners with them and I believe I caught you in surprised because I got the deal at a Great Price and the company had to comply with it..... You decided to dilute and sell shares and lie when you said $1.2Million in Working Capital was confirmed in the PR but when $600K of it was needed for a potential big Recreational Retail Store Partner with MJ Retail stores in Washington and Oregon with a 49% ownership for SUTI That I negotiated you went silent but emerged saying there was no $1.2 Million in Working Capital along with finding out that you were adding more shares to the SS at the same time telling the shareholders there was a share Buy Back. Remember, you insisted in a share buyback and dividends in the beginning Not me and they were your projects Not Mine. So please eddie. That is what you call Embarrassing. The embarrassment that you did not have any working capital whatsoever, No dividends were done and as of today a year later STILL NOT DONE, A Fake buyback all the while adding to the SS and most important you forged my name in the Financials. I still have The Original Draft that you submitted to FINRA with my name not the one where you went in and erased it and put your brother in law's name on it. That there is The embarrassment and I didnt want to be a Part of it. You are the one who is Upset because you couldnt Dilute SUTI anymore because you were Caught at what you were doing.
