Lots of speculation, but NO facts.

NuGro and not CGRW owns the land, the building and the equipment. There is NOTHING that would prevent CGRW from owning the land, buildings and equipment and leasing them to Category One Botancials, yet they don't. Shareholders own NOTHING. There is no public agreement for CGRW to ever own any of this. Further, the company is insolvent and has almost no real assets.

Category One Botanicals holds the license. There is no explanation anywhere of how they compensate CGRW - we will have to wait. For all we know, it's as simple as they pay CGRW $10K a month for all of the consulting. This wouldn't even cover the interest on the $3mm in debt of CGRW. Further, there are no documents that explain how CGRW, in the future, might acquire Category One Botanicals if that were ever possible in the state of Colorado. Public companies can't own cannabis businesses in Colorado, even when out-of-state restrictions ease in 2017.

Delmar Janovec is a known repeat penny stock scammer. If he had an ounce of honesty, he would explain the business here publicly.
