initial read MC is about 2 times sales with gross margins less than 30%. 400 clients and 26 locations. 4 biologic facilities.

that being said, AVID should command more than 2 times sales given margins which probably has to do with biologics. AVID would make a nice in house facility for BP.

value still at disconnect .... AVID value should be $200 to $300 mil... cash is cash and bavi and other IP should be worth more than a negative $100 plus million. How will mgmt fix the disconnect? They need to fix it or sell the company IMO.
