No actually you are ignoring the fact that i never said the AS was changed.(even though it has)
I said that there was 200m shares diluted.

I stated that they will need to either raise the AS or do a RS to get more.

Then i stated that they need shares (in something) to sell in order to get the financing needed to even think about mining or even start moving forward.
