Haha. Well, it seems like the OTC (Pinks, anyway) is the prime spot for people who don't want to risk their own money on their business ventures. They sell shares to pay for it.

I wasn't (and still am not) a wealthy man, so I was denied at a few banks -- which is idiotic considering the strength of my lease alone, but that's a whole different discussion.

At the end of the day, yeah, it wasn't an Apples to Apples comparison -- but we're talking about LIFE IN BUSINESS and how things don't always go as quick as we expect or hope. So, in that sense... Apples to Oranges: They're both still fruit. Know what I'm sayin' ?
