As I can tell there is no way for FEECQ to fill a "AON" order at such huge size (25M shares)! If I were you then I would try $1K (i.e. 2.5M shares) or $2K (i.e. 5M shares) worthy "AON" buying order first then decide what to do next. I don't think any shareholders here who owns 25M shares of FEECQ. So if you put $10K "AON" order in at 0.0004 then most likely your order would not get any fill at all since no any MM nor any individual investors here could fill up your order at 0.0004 with so many shares unless many sellers together to satisfy your shares demanding...
