Company on the left has enough assets to cover current liabilities. The company on the right did not. This is huge growth for a OTC company.

There is only 110,281,538 released to trade on the open market. By the bottom line numbers, shareholder equity grew by 2,338.10% If all shares were on the market this stock still has par value of 0.001, but that is not the case here.
