Then the Judge told him that HUFFMAN was correct in how he filed the "no show" on Kyle last deposition.

I laugh and laugh at how Mr. Kidd was probably was waiting and waiting..

Awe looks like Huffman won again.

Someone might make a big deal about Kyle getting deposed but Kyle responded personally to the judge about the deposition. What did he say

Mr Kennedy: Sure I'am happy to do it.

Kyle is not afraid he is happy. HUFFMAN did not even argue on the Defendant taking his deposition. Kyle wants to be deposed.

Kyle is a great business man! he knows how to run a company and has been doing so for lots of years. Some many say he has not been successful but no one has ever become a success without trying.
