The frustration is how slowly the FDA is moving and the level uncertainty this is creating.

There is no reason at all to believe the FDA is acting slowly, and plenty of reason to presume such is not the case.

LP said almost a year ago that they would shortly submit something to somebody.

And they said a few months ago that they are continuing to submit something to somebody.

Sounds like the ball has been in NWBO's court. Either they have been submitting something all these months, or the FDA said no to the earlier submission and LP is trying again.
